This usually means that the file is malware or it could be something that is unknown (fairly obscure email program for instance) or possibly you mistyped the message. In any case, you need to find out what "sectglobalmail.exe" belongs to. Was this an upgrade from XP? What third-party programs have you installed? You can do a search for sectglobalmail.exe to see if its location gives clues as to what it is. If you find the executable but the location doesn't give you a clue, you can try right-clicking on it to see its Properties>Version.
