Do you mean you tried to install your daughters copy of Vista onto another
computer?

I trying to stea,l or use fraudulently, a oopy of Vista
you have violated the terms of the license and
as a result have rendered you computer unusable.

You will have to purchase a new computer.

Re: My computer

You cannot use your kid's Vista DVD/CD and install it on another machine. 1
key for 1 machine.

I do hope you meant this as a joke?

He will have to reinstall XP or purchase another Vista license.

Go here to download a free alternative operating system ...

http://www.ubuntu.com

Download the LiveCD ISO and burn it to a CDR. Then boot your computer with
the CD. When you get to the desktop you'll see an Install icon. Double
click that to have Ubuntu installed on your computer. Have it use the whole
hard drive. This will effectively remove your defective Vista from your
system.

You'll get rid of a non-working Vista.
You'll have a better, more stable, secure and advanced operating system with
access to over 20,000 free software packages.
It'll cost you nothing other than the cost of a blank CDR.
You won't ever have to worry again about activation, spyware, viruses,
trojans, defragging your hard drive, etc. etc.

Love and Kisses,
Doris

Yeah, urbuttoo is a great toy and fun (for about 10 mins) to play with
but not even close to being a complete, powerful and useful OS like
Microsoft's Vista!
