Vista Won't End Windows XP Availability

http://www.microsoft-watch.com/content/vista/vista_wont_end_windows_xp_availability.html

Kevin Bailey, an IT manager from Bowling Green, Ky., said, after
experiencing technical support problems following a Windows Vista upgrade,
"Microsoft isn't ready for the general release."

LOL its not only him.. its actually every IT person who knows enough about
computers
knows tha vista is a piece of junk.

Vista will never be ready because its designed badly.... just like windows
Me,
there was not much you could do about it.. you just formatted and installed
win98SE.
Vista cannot be fixed even with Service packs.. why? Because the gui is
designed badly
and some concepts cannot be undone.

XP will live long... and continue selling more than vista, as my prediction
has been
vista will create problems with Microsoft....and will cause MS to lose tons
of money.

IE7 is the best thing that has ever happened to Fire Fox.

Hasta la Vista is the best thing that has ever happened to Linux.

this is so true... I keep hearing people who once they downloaded IE7, and
saw all the problems the quickly removed it and went to firefox 2 since they
wanted the tabs but not the problems. Mind you that these were ie6 users..
lol

A vocal minority.

MSIE 7: 30.7%
MSIE 6: 41%
Firefox 2: 7.7%
Firefox 1.x: 5.8%

Those are numbers for this month from a non-Microsoft related forum which
has clocked up 1.5 million hits. Windows Vista usage is 10.6% (it is quite
technology focused).

LOL! Not good statistics. In Europe, the use of Fire Fox is over 40%.
Course, in JesusLand (aka USA), where all the sheep live, it's to be
expected that most users would think that IE is the only browser. We can
only hope to educate.

At least the guy from JesusLand cited a source, if even vaguely. You just
throw 40% out there like the typical left wing emotional crap that
SuicideBombingLand (aka Europe) is known for...and say "not good
statistics". Dwarf calling the midget short.
