| Windows Media Player 11 Issue Just a quick question. Is it possible to repair WMP11 on a Vista PC? My issue is this: I have an MP3 Player which is properly detected within Device Manager as well as My Computer. When I first purchased the Mp3 Player, WMP11 detected it properly. Now. when I connect the Mp3 Player to my PC, WMP11 no longer detects it. On the bottom of WMP11 (to the right of the controls), it will say that it detected my MP3 Player, but it will not show up when I click on the Sync button. The player came with it's own software and that properly detects it. I have tried to uninstall the Mp3 Player from within the Device Manager, disconnected it, then reconnected to have Vista reinstall the drivers....same issue occurred. Any ideas what or where the issue relies? |

| Re: Windows Media Player 11 Issue No you cannot repair windows media player without doing a repair installation of the WHOLE OS!!! you CAN do a system restore though and go back to the point it was working. can you explain to me why you want to integrate it with windows media player? its just like a flash drive.. drag and drop the mp3 files using the windows explorer interface! It should show up as a removable drive among the other local drives "MRossi" <mattrossi1******.com.(donotspam)> wrote in message news:313BC1A4-68FF-4584-A8EC-EA43213F8488@microsoft.com...[color=blue] > Just a quick question.
