When i try to open a setting with a shield next to it it says

C:\Windows\system32\FirewallSettings.exe
The specified path does not exist.
check path and then try agian

can you tell me why this pops up

You are seeing the shield icon from Security Center. Is it a red shield?
Go to Control Panel > Security Center and see if you can turn on Windows
Firewall, if that is turned off. Or are you using a 3rd Party firewall?

no it is the 4 color shield
im using norton
