Backup & Restoration!

Incase of a hardware failure...can someone post me the steps for
restoration? Also how should I pro actively backup my stuff...? Any tips...

Everything you need to know about how to do this on Windows Vista is in the
Help and Support
right there on the menu under the main start button
If you just type in Backup then you will see all the items you need, such as
how to backup, how to restore, how to do full system backup and recovery
etc.

First step is to get into a habit of backing up your most important data
to CD. And, always use a new CD for each backup.
