Simple text document problem?

Here's an odd one, and for all my years of pc probing, I can't figure it
out!

Opening any Notepad type text document (either new from the
Right-Click/New/Text Document from the desktop) or a previously saved text
document results in the document window opening on my secondary monitor BUT
the menu bar is off screen. I can't move the document window with the mouse
as I can't click on the top bar. (

Any suggestions? (I have a feeling I'm gonna kick myself when I find out how
easy it is to fix this one!)

Thanks

Re: Simple text document problem?

Open the text file. Right click on the file/notepad on the task bar. Select
"Move". Use the arrow keys to move the window.

Re: Simple text document problem?

What did I tell you? I'm kicking myself as I type right now.

Thanks DanR - I shall now creep under a stone with embarrassment for not
knowing...

Paul
