incredible job at the USPS.

The wife was asking the other day, Honey what about Kevin? Howz his job

How is that anger management program going? Remember when you had that
trouble at work and they suggested the program? I know you signed up for
treatment but was wondering how your progress is coming along?

You silly girl, I have attended 5 classes so far and they are going well.
My instructor has mentioned that I'll get a certificate soon. I'll keep you

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it
gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems-problems
at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your
life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an
unpredictable and powerful emotion. This brochure is meant to help you
understand and control anger.

Anger is "an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild irritation
to intense fury and rage," according to Charles Spielberger, PhD, a
psychologist who specializes in the study of anger. Like other emotions, it
is accompanied by physiological and biological changes; when you get angry,
your heart rate and blood pressure go up, as do the levels of your energy
hormones, adrenaline, and noradrenaline.

Anger can be caused by both external and internal events. You could be angry
at a specific person (Such as a coworker or supervisor) or event (a traffic
jam, a canceled flight), or your anger could be caused by worrying or
brooding about your personal problems. Memories of traumatic or enraging
events can also trigger angry feelings.

I wish I had classes so I could control my anger, but now my life is over.
I have to live in this cell 23 hours a day for the rest of my life. Do you
know what that does mentally to someone in their 30's?

My friends told me that I could post here whenever I want to so I am using
this forum to keep my friends updated on my job at the USPS. I am a
temporary worker and am proud of my job. If more people would post about
their personal life things would be much nicer here rather than the mean
people posting about what is good about Vista, Linux, Ubuntu, Windows 98,
you know , stuff like that.
