SendTo and right-click menus

I understand that the "SendTo" folder for a user has been moved from
Documents and Settings to Users\.\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

However, the shortcuts I place in this folder do not show up in my
right-click menu when I right-click on a file icon. System restart does not
help.

The location of the Send To folder with my shortcuts is:

C:\Users\MarkH\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

I have shortcuts there to Notepad, Word, and Access.

What does it take to get these to show up in the right-click menu?

TIA,

Mark Hammer

Re: SendTo and right-click menus

Do you have anything show up in the sendto context menu? And
if the others show up you may need to check permissions on the
added shortcuts..

Re: SendTo and right-click menus

The only thing showing up on my SendTo right-click menu is the drives
on my Vista machine -- A, C, DVD, mapped drives, plus a zipped folder
icon "SendTo." Nothing there from my own SendTo folder.

I checked permissions for the shortcuts; they have full permissions.

Still puzzled.
