Here's a typical Vista Beta Tester sitting at his computer: http://bextruthfinder.blogs.com/mental_equilibrium/images/big.jpg Excessivly fat people can't stop shoveling food into their mouth, while idiots that have some daily need to whine about people that point out real flaws in Vista can't stop replying to posters that bug them. The issue for both is the same. NO WILLPOWER None at all. |

| Re: I spent 45 minutes Blocking someone is easier than that. In Windows Mail, highlight the message from the person you want to block and go to Message/Junk E-Mail / Add sender to blocked sender list. In Outlook Express, same way except the option is in Message / Block Sender. Now, if we could just get people, who insist on replying to the trolls messages, to refrain from quoting their entire message this would be an even more pleasant experience. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "Mellowed" <nospam@spam.com> wrote in message news:JHuXh.10365$no.1359@trnddc02... > > "Rick Raisley" <heavymetal-A-T-bellsouth-D-O-T-net> wrote in message > news:OLoPVnqhHHA.392@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... >> "Adam Albright" <AA@ABC.net> wrote in message >> news:hqjs23p6g0vvja72rrma48b3ovs53oddjj@4ax.com... >>> On Tue, 24 Apr 2007 13:31:03 -0400, "Mike Hall MVP" >>> <mikehall@mvps.org> wrote: >>> >>> >Respect for others in here.. you care only that you get your insults >>> >in.. >>> >>> Mike just can't stop pretending he somehow was put in charge. It's a fact of nature. Like a train wreck. You don't want to see it, but it's drawing your attention. Rubber necking an accident. color design. Certain colors are calming, others are alarming. You can sell more things with blue, and pink colors than you can with red and black. Kill files turn reds and blacks into pink and blue, stick blinders on thegroup to erase the accidents and train wrecks screaming for attention. you don't actually read all the spam you get ? -- more pix @ http://members.toast.net/cbminfo/index.html |

| Re: I spent 45 minutes Thanks for the blocking information. Only two names blocked thus far, and I can already feel the love (but no kisses ;-) coming from the group! Some responses don't make as much sense, but they're easy to recognize, being responses to those I've blocked. A potential blocking problem may be that most don't use real email addresses, and there's a possibility that two might be using the same one (spam@spam.com or some such), but I'll take my chances there. I'm taking my time choosing who to block, no need to be rash. But when all that's left is people wanting help, and those willing to help, this is a much more pleasant place to be! ;-) More pleasant, more informative, helpful, etc. -- Regards, Rick Raisley "Ronnie Vernon MVP" <rv@invalid.org> wrote in message news:EA1B83AD-CAA9-499B-BD3E-0E3E9A9E58F6@microsoft.com... > Blocking someone is easier than that.
