I have toshiba portege M200 witch windows vista BUSSINES instaled.

Over the section Mobile Pc, screen orientation, it doesn’t appeal the option

What can I do to make this portrait mode effective?

RE: screen orientation

Look for an icon for your display driver in the Notification Area and right
click on it. Or just right click on the desktop and select Personalize,
Display settings. There should be a hotkey setting to change the screen, too.
