DVD Burning Software

What DVD burning software works well with Vista?

This would be, say, for burning .iso images of MSDN software onto blank
DVD's.

Thanks,

Boolean1

Re: DVD Burning Software

I use ashampoo burning studio 6.3

http://www.ashampoo.com/frontend/pro...&idstring=0710

on my windows RC2 , build 5744 and it works well on it.

I think Nero have got rid of most of the bugs in Nero burn so you could try

http://www.nero.com/nero7/eng/index.html

but I would say that the one I use is a better choice as it does not bulk
out the product with useless add-ons.

Re: DVD Burning Software

Roxio's EMC 9 suite is completely compatible. However, don't install the
Drag to Disk app if you also run VPC 2007.

Re: DVD Burning Software

If your only concern is for burning .iso images, there is an excellent
freeware alternative available in ImgBurn:

Re: DVD Burning Software

No, it isn't. NO, it is NOT. Why do people throw up stuff like this here?
Comeon, check the facts. I've used all versions of Vista from Beta through
RC2, and Roxio is NOT compatible. Craps out halfway through the install.

Re: DVD Burning Software

I burn discs with EMC9 on Vista Ultimate x64 b6000 routinely so it certainly
did not crap out halfway through the installation. I'm sorry to hear you
are having trouble installing it.
