Where is the Total Playing Time in playlists????

I'm using Media Player 11, and I can't seem to find the total time of all
tracks within a playlist (or album, or now playing, or anywhere!).

This feature was in MP10, and I used it a lot. If I had an event that was
going to last 5 or 6 hours, I'd make sure to queue up at least 7 odd hours of
music, something that was very easy to do when i could see the total playing
time of a playlist. I can't do that now and the only way I can see of doing
it is to manually add up the playing time of each song.... which is a step
backwards!

Can anyone tell me how to get the total playing time back (if possible).

Thanks.

RE: Where is the Total Playing Time in playlists????

Appologies, I found the answer to the question in the 'Windows Media Player'
section, not in the 'General' section. No need to reply.

RE: Where is the Total Playing Time in playlists????

It’s ridiculous in WMP 11; I just discovered how myself, when your now
playing list is playing, click the stop to halt the play, the total number of
items and total time is displayed. I used that feature also in WMP 10. I have
yet to ascertain how to queue songs in the now playing list.

A bit more info is in the "How do I see the number of songs and the total
amount of time it will take to play them within a selected list?" section of
the following Help topic:
