| WMP 11 - Windows Vista Ultimate - I think i've killed the library Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am having a problem with the Windows Media Player 11 library on Windows Vista Ultimate. I cant seem to delete anything from there at all? There is also a broken link in there, which like everything else cant be deleted, and when I click on it, it just plays the song after it. So, I guess what i'm asking is, how do I clear the library totally, so that it displays no songs at all? I cant do it from Windows Media Player 11, because it goes through the motions, and then nothing happens. Is there a file in the WMP11 Program files directory that I can delete or something? All/Any help appreciated! All the best! John |

| RE: WMP 11 - Windows Vista Ultimate - I think i've killed the library Rename the folder containing your WMP library database files. See http://www.zachd.com/pss/pss.html. Search the page for the phrase "wmdb" (no quotes). I can't remember the anchor to get you there exactly and can't access Zach's page from work. Our filter doesn't like something on his page.
