| Porblems with Synchronisation I am trying to put songs onto my mp3 player and I am getting as far as dragging them over to the bar on the right and when i click the start sync button it freezes. I have tried both of my mp3 players and I am having the same problem. It used to work and I dont know whether I have accidently changed any settings. Please help |

| RE: Porblems with Synchronisation I'm having the same problem with both my Iriver players. I'd love to hear any fixes anyone knows of. I know I can roll back to MP10, but it seems like Microsoft could just fix a patch or something because this is apparently a common problem. I just bought my players last year, so it's not like they're outdated.
