It's a bit like saying a Ford car is a standard because it has 4 wheels... To be honest if you need to convert this, your options are extremely limited. VideoLAN http://www.videolan.org/ *might* play it (you'd have to check yourself) and if it can, there are output options to a range of file types like MP3 or WAV. Otherwise, you're likely to end up with an audio cable from the voice recorder, to your microphone socket, and using Audacity or some other audio recording program to sample the analog audio.
