| prevent Ripping in Windows Media Player 10.0 Hello, I have a lot of users on the network, (Windows 2003 Domain) who rip Audio CDs to their workstations. I looked around but didn't find a group policy that allows me to remove/hide RIPPING option in Media Player 10.0 Does anybody know if it's possible to remove ripping capability from Windows Media Player globally? Thanks |

| RE: prevent Ripping in Windows Media Player 10.0 Hi...! I dont know how to stop the ripping acces to WMP on the network. But if its a big prob. then stop the acces to the WMP itself. That should be pretty easy. | Re: prevent Ripping in Windows Media Player 10.0 You would use Group Policy to "Set and Lock Skin" for WMP. -- Speaking for myself only. See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
