I currently use Media Player 11, after a messy breakup with MusicMatch.

As i have recently purchased a new external hard drive, I thought it would
be a good time to re-organise my music library.
Is there a way I can use MP11 to organise my music into folders?

If you create a top level Music folder on there, you can set your Rip
settings to rip to a specific folder on the external drive. It will
nest the tracks in a heirarchy of Artist -> Album Name -> Track

Is that what you mean ?
