I can no longer view the album info for a CD that I put in my drive. Anybody
have any ideas?

Can you be more specific? What things have you done to view the album
information? What screens, or functions is it missing in, etc.

When I put the CD in the album info doesn't come up at all and when I click
on Find Album Info it tells me that my internet explorer isn't working
correctly and to check the settings. I don't have problems accessing the
internet for general use, so it can't be in my setup. I'm doing this using
my laptop which is linked to the Internet via a Linksys wireless router, so I
don't know if that might have something to do with it. (possible firewall
issue??) When I use my desktop computer I have no problems with the album
info.

I really need for my laptop to work because I use that to Rip my CD's to
MP3's as the MP3 player software doesn't work correctly on my desktop. It's
just very frustrating that I can't get everything to work on one computer.
Currently I rip the CD's from my desktop, copy the songs onto a USB Flash
Drive, then plug that into my laptop and then sync up with the MP3 player
using my laptop.
