need to have running content from a group of files in the play list
directory on server and be able to interrupt from a encoder from the
outside. this will be for the museums community journalism project.
we have a server with windows media services on it. need to solve
this... THIS Evening?? I will be awake till midnite AZ time...

well it did not get solved yesterday evening....


think of it as cont. canned programing that can be stoped and broken
in by another pc running media encoder that might be out on location.

think of it as a automated broadcast station that can be broken into
by a live remote broadcast......
