Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I couldn't find anywhere
more appropriate.

Using WMP 11.0.6001.7004

Sometimes, when moving my mouse cursor over the right border of WMP while
watching a video, the resize cursor stays until I move the cursor off of the
WMP window. The expected behaviour is that the resize cursor should only
appear when the mouse cursor is over the border.

This is kind of tricky to reproduce, but it usually happens a few times in a
day for me.
