| Introducing RSS feeds into MMS live feeds? We have a few large screens around our school that play videos streamed from a Windows Media Server, is it possible to include RRS feeds into or between the movies, so live information can be included? Any suggestions? Thank you for your time |

Yes. One way might be to publish an ASX playlist which loads the media content from your server, but *also* contains an HTMLView element http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...ewsupport.aspx You can then use regular javascript (eg jQuery, Prototype etc) to render a view of the RSS feed content, or perhaps use CSS or even server side processing to HTML to view it within an area of media player HTH Cheers - Neil ------------------------------------------------ Digital Media MVP : 2004-2009 http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/mvpfaqs |
