Convert WAV to WMA

How does one convert a wav file to WMA?

Windows media player will normally default to that if you're ripping
from CD. You can use windows movie maker as well - drag the WAV file
onto the audio part of the timeline, add no video then export it.

Or use the full version windows media encoder and the convert-file
wizard to convert it with a wide range of options :

Nice tip on the Windows Move Maker option. I hadn't heard that one before.

In WMFSDK9(this one u can down load from net if u dont have ) u will have
some sample projects.
UncompAVIToWMV will help u convert wav file to wmv file.
