WMP won't recognize this player or any other player.

Does it show up in the windows explorer as either a removable drive,
or a mobile device ?

I got it to finally recognize my ZEN but it still won't recognize my kids
Samsung. It makes the sound like it recognizes it then about 3 seconds later
it makes the sound like its been unplugged and it just continues this cycle
until it is unplugged. It used to recognize them before my wife broke the
front access SUB port by forcing one of the Samsungs in upside down. So now I
plug them in to my hub and even directly into the back and it still won't
recognize them.
