When I copy/Paste a picture and captions to a word Doc, only the captions
appear not the picture, can anybody help please.

You need to turn off Overlays used b the graphics card, in WMP.

To do that, go to the small dropdown menu below the Now Playing tab,
click More Options -> Performance -> Advanced, and untick "use
overlays". Play the video, take the screenshot then re-enable overlays
to improve performance.
