Play video on LCD TV/Monitors of nonstandard IT dimensions (16:9 e

Using Vista Ultimate PC for Central Multimedia and gaming experience
connected to HiFi Audio Video Receiver and huge LCD TV/Monitor with DVI
input, 16:9 display and included Microsoft software Windows Media Player.

Options found in Windows Media Player did not allowed to fill in whole
screen of TV/Monitor, with cropping top and bottom part of the video, or at
least with changing the aspect ratio, as standard optio provided on the
respective TV.

Plus would be to allow up and down positioning of the cropped video for the
subtitle area as required by the user, since similar options provide
TV/Monitor softwere for AV analogue signals, as prefered by the comon user.

Solution would greatly upgrade the usage of the Windows Media Player on
comon high quality TV sets and give the opportunity to watch high quality
digital video content available via Microsoft or other on-line stores.

Need information how to get the upgrade for the Windows Media Player with
options described (Apple quicktime standard or Pro have those options
available) or how to write the additional Plug-in software for the Player
that solve the issue.
