I subscribed to live video feeds at my daughter's college, so I can see some
of her games. I am unable to play any of the videos!! the error msg says
"Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn,
or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that
has been moved, renamed, or deleted." webpage is
http://secure.internetconsult.com/colgate/media.aspx

Too late then - these newsgroups aren't operating like realtime chat,
so you need to know in advance what you need to fix.

I can't get in because as you noted it's subscription only site. Their
site help is pretty out of date, as they mention "media player 11
beta" as a possible requirement (WMP11 final version has been out well
over a year).

I also found several broken links on their website (such as the
Visitors Guide at the bottom of the left hand navigation) so it says
to me the site is no longer being maintained and it's running on
autopliot. You'd need to contact the webmaster in that case, to get
them to correctly link new live events.

I did go to the Preview videos page above and that uses Flash video
player, so you'd need Flash not Media player to view the videos.

You can get the latest flash 9 player from Adobe here :
