| Re: Album Info I ran into a "fix" for this issue. In short, I think it has to do with corruption of WMP's local data. I just renamed the local data folder and WMP created a new one and suddenly I got album info on CD's. On Vista, the WMP local data folder is: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player Close WMP and then rename this folder to something (so you can get it back if you end up needing something that was stored there...which I didn't): C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player.bak Try again and see if you get album info. I detailed this in a recent blog post here: http://www.davidlenihan.com/2007/07/...usic_coll.html Not sure why it was corrupt in the first place...pretty annoying though! Anybody know where we can report WMP bugs? I'd like this one fixed! "tjb" wrote: > I have similar problem after updating to XP Professional SP2. Worked properly > when op system was XP Home.
