video.. I think that is because of the configuation of my cpu.. He is a
Petium 4, 3.0Ghz, 1gb RAM... What I can do?

It's impossible to tell from your description, which is so brief it
seems you dont want it answered, because you already know it's the
configuration of your CPU !

What encoding program are you using, and which settings are you using
to encode this live audio / video ? What devices are you using for
encoding the content ?
