"turning off" unicast broadcast stream

Is it possible to create a "daemon" that will "kill" a specific user's
unicast broadcast session.

I'm looking at the possiblity of offering a live video stream based on a
pay-in-advance metering policy.

The amount of viewing that the subscriber can consume is based on the number
of minutes that they are logged in.

I can build the component that tracks elapsed usage time, but what methods
are available to "block" the stream after the user's "paid for minutes" have
been used up ???

Any pointers to documentation or previous queries on this subject will be
appreciated.

Steve

WMS SDK has methods for disconnecting clients from a publishing point.
