| WMP 11 Vista don´t use skins/designs I´ve got a laptop with win vista including wmp 11 preinstalled. All german. But there´s one problem: Downloaded skins are shown in "Designauswahl" (choose design) but not used in designmode. Only fullscreenmode, Business and Revert (standards) work. What can I do?      |

Is this a machine owned by your company / corporate IT department ? It's possible that they have applied a control to the media player called "set and lock skin" which would have the effect you described, that only certain skins are available for you to use.
