IBM (Hitachi) Microdrive on 64-bit Ultimate

Just bought an HP9225 Pavillion, 64-bit AMD Turion, 2GB RAM. Vista
Ultimate does not recognize the microdrive when placed in the CFII
slot. Drive is operational. Is there any hope of getting Vista to
read this drive?

Re: IBM (Hitachi) Microdrive on 64-bit Ultimate

You got my curiosity going, so i plugged in my microdrive. (4 gig Seagate)
Vista did recognise the drive and auto-mount it, it just didn't *say* that
it did this.
when I when to my computer, it was there.
