On Western Digital's homepage download Data Lifeguard for 64 bit OS. There
is an option top zero out your hard drive. Then format it,in windows
manager. You will never see 640Gigs, A 640 Gb shows at 596 I believe,there
is an explanation on there site.If you bought the drive within 30 days.You
can call the 800 number for free support.
