keypad problems

keyboard problem

i have to hold down the fn button and hit the letter i need or else the
keyboard wont work can i reset it? antone know how to solve this? thank you

Thank you so much for this fix. I have been trying to figure this out off
and on all day and have searched and searched for the solution. Finally!
