While attempting to install Vista Update on my Toshiba A65 laptop I was
informed that Vista was incompatible with the ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP
screen hardware. What can I do to deal with this problem?

Toshiba is your source for drivers. If they don't have them, nobody will..

That may or may not be the case here, but in general, there are plenty
of possible sources for drivers other then the retailer of the hardware.

I don't believe ATI distributes Mobile drivers directly, however,
Windows Update well might.
