| Stereo Mix changing volume itself I stream my music on a site called stickam and other smaller sites. I set my stereo mix level at 12, and if I close the sound dialog box, it hikes itself back up to 100! The only way i can get it to stay at 12, is if i keep the sound dialog box up, but it gets in the way some times. I also want to know how to get the best audio out of it, but most of all, I'd like to get the problem fixed. Am I doing something wrong? A setting not set right? Will it be a fix in Vista sp1? I am running vista business, but also have this problem in vista home premium. |

It is not inconceivable that there is an interaction with one whose volume is set to maximum; I have witnessed same here. |
