can't connect windows mobile 5 device

Hello, i've problems to connect my windows mobile 5 based device to my
notebook with vista.
The PDA il an I-mate PDA-N.
I've tried the mobile center for vista but i doesn't work.
I've disabled all firewall.
Thx for help
