Where are MIDI devices properties? - Technology Questions

Where are MIDI devices properties?

I have several MIDI devices functioning on my WIndows Vista Home Premium. But
I need to set their properties. They used to be at least under "Sound, video
and game controllers" section of device manager in Windows 2000 and XP. Where
are the MIDI devices now?
