Lost Winmail - Technology Questions

Lost Winmail

I can't access my Winmail and no matter which way I go the only faint
possibility is with a connection called WAN Miniport (PPPOE) and even that
doesn't work. Can anyone tell me what it is, or better still, how can I get
back to my normal email.
