You have succeeded in making Vista the most complicated operating system to
install. I was a participant in the beta testing of this product since June
06. Bought my copy of Home Premium the day it was released. I even met Nick
White on the Vista bus in Charlotte, NC. But I was stupid and upgraded to a
Dual-Core processor in July, oh the problems began. Your tech support was
totally useless, walk me thru things like I was an idiot. They suggested I
buy a new video card and replace my 9800 Pro, I did buy a x1650 512MB card.
But alas it doesnt work either. Last resort buy a new motherboard, new bois
all new drivers for vista and still doesnt work. Why would the dual core stop
this from working? It should be better, faster and more enjoyable than ever.
Well, for six months I really liked Vista, now I am not sure. I feel that I
have really been burned. Never had a problem before, Why now.
