NVIDIA GeForce 6150

Kay, Here's my problem. I bought a new laptop from BestBuy a few months ago.
After a month or two we were having lag issues hardcore with the computer
starting up, shutting down, and a few other things. Concerned about Viruses,
my husband decided to reinstall a clean copy of the OS. Well, he didn't
reinstall the Upgrade that came with the Laptop for Vista, and, wanting to
get back some of the lovely features of the Upgraded version, I installed it
today. However, I have been having trouble with my NVIDIA GeForce 6150
graphics card. It will not, no matter what I do, install the Software for the
Drivers. This has been causing problems with Games that I was not having
before the reinstall.

The gal we talked to at best buy said that the computer would be like it was
when it was new if we reinstalled the OP.

Why am I not being able to get the NVIDIA GeForce 6150 card that came with
the computer, to install properly? It -came- with Vista, and the Graphics
Card.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do other than take it into
Best Buy and get them to replace it?

Re: NVIDIA GeForce 6150

You need to get the 6150 GO driver from the manufacturer of you laptop you
can not use the regular desktop driver available at the NVIDIA Website.
