WmdHost.exe TAKING ALL RAM available, locking system, and taking f

See

I'm still noticing the above problem. I connect my blackjack and then
WmdHost.exe sucks up ALL available memory (and we are talking over 2GBS)
takes the system to a complete HALT then sometimes 20 minutes other times
hours it finally comes back. No other process seems to be running its all
WmdHost. Anyone else experinecing this?

I am working from an updated Vista machine with Office 2007 installed.

THanks,
Ken

Vista is DESIGNED to use all of your available RAM for its own
purposes. It is NOT designed to freeze your machine forever!!!
MS thinks unused RAM is wasted money, use it and use it wisely and
your pc will be faster. Obviously your machine is not doing that.

Re: WmdHost.exe TAKING ALL RAM available, locking system, and taki

Yeah you could say that. Nothing else soaks up all the available memory
EXCEPT WmdHost.exe and ONLY right after I plug the phone in to sync.

Crazy. But very odd I'm the only one seeing this happen or at least that is
how it seems.

Thanks,
