HELP! Cannot sync with Windows Mobile Device Center/Samsung Blackj

HELP!
I am using Vista Ultimate and Samsung Blackjack. Up until today I was able
to sync the Blackjack. Today I cannot and get the error message "ActiveSync
encountered a problem on the desktop." I have removed the Mobile Device
Center and reloaded, still the same error and cannot sync.

Michael,

Try the following USB reliability fix:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A583E590-1204-4F94-8EE1-063071797427&displaylang=en

Post back on results.

Michael,

I posted the following in response to another, similar query. I found this
troubleshooting guide in the Internet:

Don't know whether that guide will do you any good, but just in case take a
look.

RE: HELP! Cannot sync with Windows Mobile Device Center/Samsung Bl

I spoke with MS Support. Device error code - 0x85010014. They had me run
Office Diagnostics from Outlook. Found no issues, but after restarting
computer all works fine...
As I understand it the code was generated from Outlook and is quite common??
See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/915152/en-us
for more information
