| HELP! Cannot sync with Windows Mobile Device Center/Samsung Blackj HELP! I am using Vista Ultimate and Samsung Blackjack. Up until today I was able to sync the Blackjack. Today I cannot and get the error message "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop." I have removed the Mobile Device Center and reloaded, still the same error and cannot sync. |

| RE: HELP! Cannot sync with Windows Mobile Device Center/Samsung Bl I spoke with MS Support. Device error code - 0x85010014. They had me run Office Diagnostics from Outlook. Found no issues, but after restarting computer all works fine... As I understand it the code was generated from Outlook and is quite common??
