USB Wireless Card help - Technology Questions

USB Wireless Card help

I have installed a Netgear WG111v2 USB wireless device. It works great but
..... every time I login I have to install the device?

I have four users and everyone has to do this. I have sent emails to Netgear
but with it being a weekend I did not expect any answers til later this
week.

Anyone else experiencing a problem like this?
