I have just upgraded from Premium to Ultimate Hold Em which come with this
OS has constantly flashing text and is unusable I am using an 8800GTX
I know that there are some issues with the drivers but annoyingly the
upgrade sorted out garbled text in the other games any ideas why this one is
misbehaving?

Yup. I have nVidia drivers and they do the same thing.
