ok he is telling me to check a site before posting the obvious. That to me is
rude. My mom is looking at buying a new computer. she has downloaded all the
games and jsut wanted to know if she would be able to play them on her new
computer. We really are clueless about all this. I have no idea where to look
to get this info. The only reason I posted here was because someone told me
to. Thank you for all the input but I can not find the info I need on the
other site. But what has been posted on this one has helped. I got my answer!

I think your mum will be fine with the games playing on her new computer, if
not and she is having problems then please post back here or on
www.vistareadygames.com with the problems and I'm sure your mum will get the
help she needs.

You can right click on the game icon and "run as administrator" or as
a permanent solution... right click, select properties, advanced, and
check the box that says..."run as admin"

Although I have a fairly powerful computer [Score 5.2] FS X only loaded after
20 attempts usually failing in the last 2%. In desperation I bought a
Registry cleaner and at last managed a successful load. Empire Earth 11 still
keeps crashing.

I have tried installing as admin but I have only one account on Vista so its
admin anyway... it didnt work by right clicking and run as admin and it didnt
work as normal installing either...

I have tried everything I can think of... and I aint a newbie on
computers... not an expert either

Where is the awesome "Orbiter Sim." The disappointment I feel for being
unable to participate in this Space Simulation that could teach Flight
Simulator X more than a few things?

I spent so much on Premium upgrades and second product keys, and I nearly
threw it all away over the loss of this simple fantastic game. Is Orbiter Sim
and it's community of independent developers beyond the capabilities of
Flight Sim's team?

I'm so blasted disappointed in Microsoft over this. All these bells and
whistles are fine but I want my Orbiter Sim 2006! Any one want to sell me a

You can add "Tropico" to the list. The 1.0 version crashes Vista 32bit
completely (total lockup, powerswitch is the only way out) but the 1.04
(latest) version runs fine.
