DoW DC - spooge driver not found.

Dawn of War Dark Crusade has troubles looking for Spooge driver somewher in
DirectX.

'System Initialization Failed!

ERRORS:
Spooge driver not found. Verify that DirectX is properly installed.'
It said.

I try install DirectX through the game disc, 9.0c. It doesn't work out, so I
go to other games, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, Empire at War for 9.0c
installion. It does work out installed. But the problem persists.

Where do I patch this missing spooge driver?

Re: DoW DC - spooge driver not found.

According to some forum post, you either need to update your video drivers
or your video card doesn't support Dawn of War

Cards that will not run Dawn of War
-Intel integrated graphics chips
-S3 chip family of integrated cards
-Matrox Parhelia family

Re: DoW DC - spooge driver not found.

I see,
Well I have a nVidia GeForce 6150 SE.
I have a question pending on the driver installation, I have problems with
that.

I was just wandering if I could get a fix for this or not.
Thanks.

Re: DoW DC - spooge driver not found.

I had the Spooge driver issue...
Once I upgraded my Nvidia drivers from 100.64 to 158.18, my issue was no more.

I'm running vista 64 with a 7600gt
