| Need help error 5 Hi, I'm new here but could not find any help regarding this topic. I've been trying to download anti malware soft ware on my laptop but keep getting error 5 messages. I have a HP Pavillion DV6000 running on vista. When I try to download the software I get the following error message. Any help would be great.      |
