Help PLeazlezz

I recently bought a Samsung K3. 4 GB mps player and we have windows vista on our computer.
It seems to have a problem detecting devices. I have already installed the installation cd and it's working fine.

But my computer doesn't seem to detect the player though. So i cant transfer my music because theres nothing to transfer it to.

Please Help Me.
