Little Vista Problem

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium (32bit), and recently I've noticed a minor problem.

The taskbar at the bottom of the screen appears grey. However, if I maximize a window or program, it returns to it's normal color. So this only happens when the desktop is visible.

Anyone have a guess as to how to fix it?
